For a carbon credits marketer, developed a complete business plan, fund raising documentation, market sizing and assessment, cap and trade opportunity plan and designed their business process map and systems requirements. Implementation work included building out their systems, assisting in fund raising and providing interim staff resources.

For a renewable generator, provided a competitive and pricing analysis for the RECs they earned through generating wind energy. Assisted in negotiating a purchase and sale agreement and identifying buyers.

Result: The client successfully sold several large blocks of credits.

For a multi-site commercial property manager, provided an overview of requirements needed to satisfy national, state and local mandates. Further developed a sustainability action plan and timeline in anticipation of SCE and EPA reporting requirements.
