action plan. Work included a review of all customer agreements, purchasing and risk practices, back office processes, systems review and organizational review.
Upon plan approval, we managed its implementation.
For a large wholesale power marketer, created a business plan focused on an acquisition strategy for entering retail markets. Work included
regulatory market analysis, candidate identification, initial approach and due diligence, negotiation assistance, post purchase integration planning and
financial modeling with risk assessments.
For Statkraft (Norwegian Energy Board), assessed opportunities in the market based on a legislative mandate to open the electricity supply market. Established a number of scenarios to determine possible roles and results for marketing initiatives. | |
