For a large electric distribution equipment manufacturer,developed a demand management strategy and implementation plan. The plan included market assessment, quick win launch projects, acquisition targeting and initial implementation resources.

Result: The client is in the early stages of business unit launch and already has a sizable opportunity funnel in hand.

For a municipal utility, developed high level specifications required to implement a demand response program. Work entailed determining outside software and hardware vendors that could provide an all inclusive quote and supporting documentation required to submit for DOE SGIG funding.

Result: The client won a DOE grant and implementation planning is underway to make the demand response program a reality.
